ABTA Annual Lunch - 2013

Association of British Turkish Academics’ 4th Annual Lunch will be held in London on the 9th of November 2013, Saturday. This gathering at the beginning of each academic year became a long awaited occasion among many colleagues who seek to develop new friendships and networking with fellow academics.

The ABTA 2012 Annual Lunch  took place in Cambridge University’s University Arms and attracted over 120 academics and researchers across the UK. You can find the details of last years event here.

ABTA 2013 Annual Lunch will take place on the 9th of November 2013 in London’s Haz St Paul’s Restaurant. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a Saturday afternoon accompanied by fellow academics and fine Turkish food.

This year, as keynote speakers, Professor Galip Akay of Newcastle University and Professor Semir Zeki of UCL will address the audience and share their diverse experience in academia.

ABTA is delighted to invite all academics and researchers in the UK to join us on this very special occasion.

The admission fee is £25 which covers the refreshments during the reception and a three course lunch.

Event reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and online registration is required.
